Today we are an ecosystem of educational innovation that brings together technical training, human development, applied research, entrepreneurship, methodological innovation and institutional partnership to strengthen the capabilities of rural people, organizations and communities.
Over more than two decades we have built a holistic training model that combines development of the SELF with technical and productive skills. With this approach we have worked alongside farmers, young people, rural women, community leaders and organizations across Colombia and Latin America, creating opportunities that bring well-being, productivity and development.
Our commitment to inclusion and peacebuilding has led us to work with victims of the armed conflict, people in the process of reintegration and diverse communities, showing that the countryside is a place of reconciliation, learning and new opportunity.
